FFKM Seals Engineered for the World's Harshest Processes
Seven proprietary Euderzr® perfluoroelastomer (FFKM) compounds spanning −42 °C to +320 °C. Stocked to ISO 3601 & AS-568, custom-molded to your drawing. No MOQ.
When FKM fails, FFKM is the answer
FFKM combines PTFE-like chemical inertness with true rubber elasticity — the only elastomer that holds up where temperature, chemistry and cleanliness all push to the limit.
Extreme temperature
Continuous service from −42 °C to +320 °C across the grade range — far beyond FKM's ~200 °C ceiling, with no hardening through 250 °C bake-out.
Broad chemical resistance
Resists 1,800+ aggressive media — strong acids, bases, ketones, esters, ethers, amines and strong oxidizers that attack every other rubber.
Ultra-high purity
Low outgassing (TML ≤0.1%, CVCM ≤0.01% per ASTM E595), low metal-ion extractables and low particle generation for semiconductor and vacuum service.
Built for five demanding sectors
From wafer fabs to HPHT wells — explore the failure modes we solve and the grades we recommend.
Find the right FFKM grade
Each compound is tuned for a duty — plasma etch, high-temperature thermal processes, low temperature, or high-pressure gas.
A cost-effective alternative — without compromise
A high-performance alternative to legacy perfluoroelastomer brands — comparable in key parameters, at a lower total cost of ownership. Not presented as equivalents.
Questions buyers ask
Can Euderzr® grades replace Kalrez® or Chemraz®?
Our grades are comparable in key parameters — hardness, service temperature and compression set — to mainstream perfluoroelastomer grades from legacy brands, and offer a cost-effective alternative. They are not presented as equivalents. We recommend confirming your duty conditions with our engineers and validating with samples before design-in. (Kalrez® is a registered trademark of The Chemours Company; Chemraz® of Greene Tweed — references are for comparison only.)
What is the minimum order quantity?
There is no MOQ. Standard sizes and custom-molded parts are available from a single piece for sampling and low-volume trial production.
Do you provide free samples?
Yes. Tell us the size, medium and duty condition and our engineers will recommend a grade and ship samples for testing.
Are FFKM seals compliant with PFAS regulations?
FFKM is a fluoropolymer within the PFAS definition scope. As of our last review (2026-09-07) no EU ban on FFKM is in force; the EU REACH universal PFAS restriction is still under assessment, with a dedicated evaluation and exemption track for seal applications. We monitor ECHA developments and can supply compliance documentation on request.
